First baby due in August

Hi there, I'd like to talk to other people expecting their first, I have a long history of endometriosis so this baby is an absolute blessing, I'm 25 and work as a neonatal intensive care nurse in Auckland.

Firstly congratulations!!!

Sorry I'm not a first time mother, but the difference between my first and second are so different that I feels like my first with my second (with maybe alittle more "know-whats").

My first was born at 25wks (you probably know what that is like) and we experienced all sorts of dramas with that, my second born full term. With my first, I felt detached and it took awhile to bond with him, and his first months of life where spent in a hospital and I a 'visitor'. My second I loved instantly, I held him in my tummy for so long I couldn't help it.

Geez, I always seem to go on, sorry take care and all the best with your dearly loved baby!
