Xmas presents for a 7 month old

Hi is there any ideas out there what to get a boy. He likes musical things but for the life of me this time I cant seem to find anythink that looks really interesting. I dont have alot of money does any one have any sugestions.
My twins are easy to buy for but this one I dont know.

My name is Synni and I also have a child who like's musical instruments. I found that Target have a range of small trumpets and piano's and other instruments in the baby section for only about $15.00.
When played the instrument plays a song no matter what key is hit so this also makes it easy on the ears.
