Never throw out bananas! If you find they are not going to be eaten, make milkshakes. You don't need a fancy milkshake maker either. Any blender will do, or even one of those hand held bar blenders. Allow about 1 banana for two glasses and blend with milk, you can add ice cream too if you like. Same goes for mangoes which don't taste as sweet as they look- don't throw them out- make delicious mango shakes. These taste great blended with some yoghurt too. Yum- wish mangoes were in season right now!
