How much food 15mth old

I have a 15th month old son, and I really have no idea how much he should be eating for his main meals. If someone could give me a guide that would be great. He has three 200ml bottles a day. Each with his meals. He doesn't snack.

I was told that from 1-2yrs they should be eating approx 1 to 1 1/2 cups of food at each of the 3 meals. In addition to this about 600ml of milk per day.

If he stops drinking as much milk Heinz say that 200ml of milk has the same amount of calcium as either 40g cheese, 200g yoghurt or 200g custard. So be sure to include some in his diet.
