when i was pregnant with my second i found a massive lump on the side of one breast my gp sent me off to have an ultrasound and the results that came back were that is was a glandular ridge which means it was nothing!
i dont know when the lump appeared but i found it when i was 4 months and it went away sometime after the birth it is a very scary thing to find, i found mine the day my grandmother passed away from lung cancer and i was very freaked out.
there are a few other types of lumps you can get when pregnant that are also "nothing" so try not to worry too much.
hope this has helped
