Hi there, all the above information is correct according to my Billings Method book. Also, here are a few diet rules for making girls from a baby magazine. Don't know if they'll work but here goes:
Consume large quantities of:
Dairy Products.
Carrots, green beans, eggplants, onions, leeks, peas, capsicum.
Salt-free sauces and biscuits
Apples, pears, strawberries
Unsalted nuts
Sugar, honey and jam
At least 8 glasses of water a day
take supplement of calcium magnesium and vitamin D.
Avoid:
Salt and all salted foods
Meat and fish - Maximum of 125g a day
Corn, mushrooms, zucchinis, raw tomatos, avodado
All frozen ready-made meals
Chocolate and lollies.
I don't know how this would work as its the male that decides which sex it will be, but worth a try...
