waking in the night Lock Rss

Hi there, i have a beautiful little boy. He is 7 months. I would like some advise please on how too stop him waking in the night. He wakes appox twice a night and is a very restless sleeper from about 5-6am on. How can i stop this and get him to have a solid 6-7 hours sleep? Thank you for your time.
Hi,
It may well have a lot to do with the way you get him to sleep initially. He would need to be settled awake into his cot to learn to sleep independently and resettled the same way when waking through the night.

You can get an overview of our settling program from the <a href=" https://www.huggies.com.au/BeingAParent/YourBab... Baby’s Sleep</a> section of the Huggies site or for more detail, and a visual demonstration, from <a href="It&#39;s time to sleep&lt;/a" />It's Time To Sleep</a> DVD&BOOK.

It may take a few nights with some resistance but you should see the results.
Cheers
Maree
