seafood in pregnancy Lock Rss

ive read in a lot of pregnancy magazines that shellfish like prawns ,seafood scallops and lobster etc are dangerous to eat while pregnant and then turn the page and there will be recipes for pregnant woman with these in them is it true you shouldnt eat these or can i go ahead and indulge?

There are a lot of wrong messages in general circulation and they generally just scare women rather than inform them properly. It is safe to eat shell fish in pregnancy and to enjoy most other seafood in pregnancy. Look at the website it gives lots of good information to pregnant women as well as for young children.
