Dear Moderator Lock Rss

dear moderator,
i was just wondering if when you get a chance if you could go through someof the threads on here, as i think you are probably losing members by the bucket load! i dont know if you had noticed but the breast vs bottle debate has gone absolutly crazy it has gotton to a point where breastfeeders are getting attacked just for breastfeeding, i make it a rule for myself to not get involved in these debates but as im only human i too succumbed in sheer frustration after several months of reading negative posts, in the terms and conditions it states
All messages will be monitored and approved by Kimberly-Clark before they appear on Parents Exchange.

By using and/or accessing the Forum you agree not to do any of the following:

• Post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane or indecent information or any other material of a similar nature;

the abusive bit is getting quite out of hand!
any way i was wondering if anything can be done about this? i dont want to see people getting kicked off, but i cant think of a way for people not to take posts as jugment but as experience
please help i loved huggies but now i find myself in tears

Dear Violetrose

Thank you for taking the time to write to me with your concerns.

We are aware that some members have placed some controversial comments in particular forums we are also aware that some other members directly and personally attacked them in return. We have already taken action to remove a number of offensive and personally directed posts from the forum and are continuing to monitor messages posted.

If you would like to make an official complaint about any inappropriate activity on the forum, please contact our <a href="https://www.huggies.com.au/AboutUs/ContactUs/de... Advisory Servicec</a> or myself via the forum and include the words “Dear Moderator”. To help us address your particular concerns please include details of the member and the text that you consider inappropriate.

Healthy debate and discussion is encouraged on Parents Exchange, however personal dissent is not. Remember that as parents we all have our own views on raising our children, reviewing other members view points can enlighten us in our parenting choices. There have been many misunderstandings from the posts on the Breast vs Bottle debate; it is by its very nature a very passionate subject.

We hope you continue to enjoy being an active member in Huggies Parents Exchange.

Kind regards
Lauraine
