Hi there. Does anyone have a recipe for baby custard? My daughter loves the tinned egg, apple and chocolate custard and I thought it would be nice to give her something home made. Thanks!
Baby custard recipe, anyone?
Kj,
How old is bub? Ella is nearly 11 months and I have a recipe using full cream milk, but she prefers the tinned custard - mine must be too lumpy!!
If she's over 6-7 months let me know and I'll jot down the recipe. If you want to email me it's loulou_074@hotmail.com

Hi, I have one for Baked Pear Custard - 6-9months
2 Baby Serves
Cooked egg white in custard should be fine for most babies of this age. If you are concerned, separate the yolk from the white of the egg.
1/2 cup pear puree
1/2 cup milk
1 large egg
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and grease a small ovenproof dish.
2. Spoon the pear puree into the bottom of the dish.
3. Beat together the milk and egg and pour over the pear puree.
4. Stand in a small roasting tin with hot water halfway up the dish and bake for 20-20 minutes, or until set
