not allowed solids or formula Rss

Hello, my 4 month old son has had a problem with constipation since two weeks after his birth, we had another visit to PMH on Saturday night and I have been advised to immediately stop all formula and solid feeds. I am now fully breastfeeding again, but my milk supply is not increasing and bub is still hungry after all my milk is gone, I have been trying to express after every feed but I can only manage about 10mls all together. I would appreciate any advice on how to increase my milk supply.

I have heard that Raspberry Leaf Tea is really good for milk supply. Maybe u could ring the Breastfeeding Association and they should difinately be able to help you. Or get on their website. Or your clinic nurse should be able to help with some ways of relactating

Nikki,
The herb Fenugreek made by Natures Own is recommended by all child health nurses and midwives to increase milk supply.
The tablets stink but it definitely works.
