I started going to "curves" for women when my son was 6 weeks old.
It gives me a little break, time out of house and extra time for my husband/father to bond.
I have lost cms of my thighs,stomach etc.I thourougly recommend to anyone who wonts to shed those excess few kilos since having baby.
They recommend you only go three times a week. And the best thing is the circuit is only thirty minutes long.

my ECHN has lost 12kilos going to curves & weight watches. she looks fabulous.
Congratulations on your effort. hope i can get motivated soon. my baby is 6 months old.
