OPTION THREE
4:00am feed *Hopefully back to sleep*
7:30-8:00 wake/feed
9:30/10 - 10:30/11 nap
* Follow with one of the above two options*

After our next night out (this Sat) I am going to attempt to move all this so it is more like 7am-7pm (if possible). It is just easier to leave it until after then so that Mum can babysit a sleeping baby and we don't have to worry.

This has all been a progressive change over the last 3 or so weeks from a 1hr Up/ 3hr Down routine that we started with.

Catherine is 4 months and has been on this for about 2 weeks.

7am – Bottle 200mls
8am – Pears/Apples with rice cereal
9am – Sleep
11am – Wake change clothes/Bottle 150mls
1pm – Sleep
3pm – Bottle 200mls
5pm – Sleep
5.30pm – Pumpkin and rice cereal
6pm –nappy free time
6.30pm – Bath
6.45pm – Bottle 200mls
7pm – Bed

Then sleep until the morning. However she is sometimes waking at night because she is teething so i just go in and resettle her and she goes straight back to sleep (hope this will stop soon).
Thos routine works great for us.
