Roast Potato Shapes

Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes (you could also use pumpkin or sweet potato)
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut potatoes in to slices as thin or thick as you would like
  2. Steam the slices of potato until tender. Using cookie cutters, cut shapes out of the potato, the kids will love to help (the leftovers can be blended in to potato mash so there is no wastage).
  3. Place shapes on a baking tray, spray tray with oil and also spray the top of the shapes.
  4. Bake until golden.
