Cheesy Tuna Quiche

Try this hearty quiche to warm up the family on cold winter nights. Special thanks to Huggies mum Courtney for the recipe.
- 1 packet Arnotts savoury shapes, crushed (BBQ shapes work best)
- 425g tinned tuna
- 1 onion, sliced finely
- 3 eggs (NB eggs can be omitted if needed without affecting taste of quiche)
- 1 cup tasty cheese, grated
- 1 cup milk
- 1-2 teaspoons curry powder
Mix all ingredients together. Grease round quiche pan and pour in mixture. Flatten top and top with finely grated parmesan cheese (optional). Cook in 180 degree oven until brown. Serve hot or cold with rice or salad.
