Huggies member Karla was having trouble finding a recipe that was child/pregnancy friendly (ie no raw eggs) but also not expensive to make, so she made one up herself!


  • 1 × 150g packet of Oreos
  • 50g butter melted
  • 500g cream cheese (2 packets)
  • 250g caster sugar
  • 125g sour cream (small youg size pots)
  • 4tbspn cocoa
  • 3tbspn flour
  • 3 eggs
  • optional – add chocolate pieces, biscuit pieces or for adults add 4 tbspn Baileys


  1. Heat oven to 180 degress C
  2. Crush biscuits and combine with melted butter. Press into a 23cm springform tin.
  3. Bake for 10 mins and remove from oven. Increase oven temperature to 230 degrees C
  4. Mix cream cheese, sugar, flour and cocoa until smooth. Add one egg at a time to the mixture and mix until combined. Blend in sour cream. Add alcohol or additional chocolate.
  5. Pour onto the base.
  6. Bake at 230 degrees C for 10 min then turn the oven to 120 degrees C for 60 min.
  7. Chill before serving.
