I just saw on this mornings TODAY show a story on the research into the benefits of lullabies for both the baby and mothers. They went into the stress release from singing and how babies relate more to the voice of their mothers. It was very interesting and they interview a lady from a University in QLD who are looking for first time mothers between the ages of 25 - 35 who have babies from 6 weeks of age to take part in a research further into this. They are looking into the benefits of sleep deprivation and PND and would like to hear from people interested in taking place. They didnt say they only wanted mother from QLD. I took the email address which is f.baker1@uq.edu.au. The name of the lady they interviewed was Fiona Baker. If you would like more info please contact Fiona or Channel 9 may be able to help. It did sound very interesting.
