Answer: Hi, If you have a caesarean section delivery, one of the assessments made by the obstetrician is where exactly the placenta is located. They don't just make a cut into the uterus. Exactly where the placenta adheres is not under your own or any individual woman's control. Although the uterus will enlarge the exact location of the placenta within your uterus will stay the same. You mentioned two questions but unfortunately only one was published. If you're still concerned then speak with your maternity care provider. Best Jane
