Q. I have tried to enter some competitions but have forgotten my password, and I can’t signup again because I’m already a member under my existing email address.
A. If you have forgotten your password, you can send yourself an email containing your password by clicking on “Forgotten password?” If you do not receive this email within a few minutes, please check your “Bulk Mail Folder”. Some email programs automatically filter out computer generated emails. Alternatively, you may wish to Contact Huggies for assistance.
Q. My email address has changed and I don’t have access to it anymore. How do I login?
A. If you no longer have access to your original email address you previously used to signup, you can reset your email#.
Q. I signed up but never received an email to confirm my membership.
A. Please check your “Bulk Mail Folder”. Some email programs automatically filter out computer generated emails in “Bulk Mail Folder” or “Trash Folder”. Alternatively, you may wish to Contact Huggies for assistance.
Q. How do I check my membership details?
A. If you have already signed in to the Huggies site, you will notice that some of your membership details are displayed in the green box in the upper right hand corner. You will need to sign in before you can view your membership profile by clicking on Update details#. You can do this at anytime.
Q. I’ve had a new baby, how can I add their name to my profile?
A. This is a simple matter. Just select Update my Details# and select add a child.
Q. I’m already a member of Huggies Baby Club; however I am now pregnant and would like to begin receiving newsletters from the Mum to Be Club.
A. Just select Update My Details and let us know your due date, we can then do the rest for you.
Q. How can I get my baby to feature in Huggies advertising?
A. Huggies use a number of talent agencies to source babies and toddlers for their advertising. For your information we have listed some of them here.
Q. Can I use other Huggies Barcodes for claiming a promotion gift?
A. You will need to check the terms and conditions of each promotion to ensure that you send the correct barcodes. The terms and conditions can be accessed from each promotion page.
Q. Are both barcodes able to be used for promotions from the jumbo boxes?
A. Each barcode is valid for redeeming Huggies promotions.
Q. What happens if I send in my barcodes and there are no promotional gifts left?
A. As long as we have all your contact details we can return these to you. Make sure that your profile is up to date by selecting the Update Details# button, remember you will need to be signed into the Huggies website to access this page.
Q. Where are the winners of your special offers and competitions listed?
A. The winners of our competitions are listed on our website under Promotional Winners and will be notified as per the terms and conditions of the promotion.
