I have fallen in love with this room when we moved in last month and converted it into a playroom for my little princess. I wanted to create a space for her to play and learn. This room acts as our little study corner as well as a favorite nap time area. The huge window creates a dramatic effect in terms of light all through out the day..As inspiration, I used pinks and reds as the main colour and “beauty” (for all princess/girly aspects) AND “brains”(for educational toys and books). Most furniture are white as I want the colours of the toys to stand out.I also used a princess themed accent mat in the center of the room to catch attention.I have also made matching chair ribbons and cover and curtains on the play kitchen to make it more cohesive.
