Huggies Little Swimmers® Swimpants Summer Beach Pack promotion

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Huggies Little Swimmers® Swimpants Summer Beach Pack Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotion commences at 00:11:00 NZST on 11th November 2009. Entries close at 23:59:59 NZST on 10th March 2009.
3. For a chance to win, entrants must:
   
   1. visit www.huggies.co.nz;
   2. click on the “promotion” link;
   3. if you are not a member of the Huggies Baby Club or the Mum to Be Club, join on-line by following the prompts;
   4. complete the on-line entry mechanic (with all information entered correctly)
   5. consent to the use of their personal information as set out in paragraph 19 of these Conditions of Entry; and;
   6. Send in a picture of your child wearing Huggies Little Swimmers® Swimpants with their favourite thing to take to the beach, and submit by clicking on the “submit entry” button.

4. Entrants may only submit one entry per week into the Promotion.
   
5. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
6. All valid entries received prior to the close of each draw during the promotion will be individually judged by promotion judge(s) appointed by the Promoter, to be held at Kimberly-Clark Australia, 52 Alfred St Milsons Point 2061 on:
   
   • Draw 1 – Open from 0:00:00 11th November to 23:59:59 10th December drawn on 16th December 2009
   • Draw 2 – Open from 0:00:00 11th December to 23:59:59 10th January 2010 drawn on 13th January
   • Draw 3 – Open from 0:00:00 11th January to 23:59:59 10th February 2010 drawn on 17th February
   • Draw 4 – Open from 0:00:00 11th February to 23:59:59 10th March 2010 drawn on 17th March
7. The 5 entries judged as the best entries for each draw will win the prize.
8. The prize contents are:
   
   • 1 x Huggies Little Swimmers® Swimpants beach bag

   • 1 x Huggies Change Mats
     
   • 1 x Huggies Little Swimmers® Swimpants packs

   Each prize is valued at NZ$145.00. Total prize value is up to a maximum of NZ$2900.00.
   All values are quoted in New Zealand Dollars.
9. All entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion Question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the Promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your image (without attribution) on the Huggies Website and the editing of the image prior to publication without consultation. You must be the sole owner of the copyright of any image submitted. Your submission of the photo is your guarantee that you are the author and copyright holder of the photo.
10. The value of the prize is accurate at the date of commencement of the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
11. The winners will be advised via email and winners names will be published on the Huggies website.
12. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at Kimberly-Clark Australia, 52 Alfred st Milsons Point 2061 as are necessary on 4th June 2010 for any unclaimed prize. Details of the winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be published on www.huggies.co.nz .
13. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process.
15. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
16. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the promotion including the prizes and these Conditions of Entry.
17. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
18. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
19. By entering the Promotion the entrant consents to the Promoter’s privacy policy available at http://huggies.co.nz/privacy.asp. The Promoter collects the entrant’s personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion, notifying and announcing the winner(s) and of marketing the Promoter’s products and services, including by direct marketing techniques. The Promoter may disclose the entrant’s personal information to third parties including those involved in the administration of the Promotion, notifying and announcing the winners, the supply of prizes, the relevant gaming authorities, marketing companies, database collators and website servers. If the entrant does not provide the required personal information to the Promoter, the entrant cannot enter the Promotion. The entrant may access and correct the personal information about the entrant held by the Promoter by writing to the Promoter at the address below. By entering this Promotion the entrant consents to:
    
    1. the collection, use and disclosure of his or her personal information as set out in this paragraph 19;
    2. receiving from the Promoter telemarketing calls for an indefinite period of time, not withstanding any listing of the entrant’s telephone number on the Do Not Call Register; and
    3. receiving from the Promoter commercial electronic messages, including SMS and email messages, for an indefinite period of time..
