Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Huggies® Nappy-Pants Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
Promotion commences at 00:00:01 NZST on 18th August 2009. Entries close at 23:59:59 NZST on 31st January 2010.
For a chance to win, entrants must:
visit www.huggies.co.nz;
click on the “promotion” link;
if you are not a member of the Huggies Baby Club or the Mum to Be Club, join on-line by following the prompts;
complete the on-line entry mechanic (with all information entered correctly) including indicating your consent to receive future Huggies Club Communications; and;
Answer the question in 25 words or less, ‘What is your toddler’s favourite busy activity?” and submit your answer by clicking on the “submit entry” button, and
Consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with paragraph 19 of these Conditions of Entry (Entry).
The value of the prize is accurate at the date of commencement of the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
All valid entries received prior to the close of each draw during the promotion will be individually judged by promotion judge(s) appointed by the Promoter to be held at Kimberly-Clark Australia, 52 Alfred St Milsons Point 2061 on:
Draw 1 – Open from 00.00 NZST 18th August to 23:59 NZST 30th September 2009, draw date 6th October.
Draw 2 – Open from 0.00 NZST 1st October to 23:59 NZST 31st October 2009, draw date 3rd November
Draw 3 – Open from 0.00 NZST 1st November to 23:59 NZST 30th November 2009, draw date 1st December
Draw 4 – Open from 0.00 NZST 1st December to 23:59 NZST 31st December 2009, draw date 5th January
Draw 5 – Open from 0.00 NZST 1st January to 23:59 NZST 31st January 2010, draw date 2nd February
Draw 6 – Open from 0.00 NZST 1st February to 23:59 NZST 28th February 2010, draw date 3rd March
One winner will be drawn each month. Each winner will receive 1 Wooden Art Easel.
Each Wooden Art Easel is valued at NZ$95.00. Total prize value is up to a maximum of NZ$570.00.
All entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion Question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality.
This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the Promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your answer to the Promotion Question (without attribution) on the Huggies Website and the editing of the answer prior to publication without consultation.
The winners will be notified by email and the name of the winners of each draw will be displayed on www.huggies.co.nz.
Prizes will be delivered within 28 days of each draw.
The winners of any unclaimed prize will be notified in writing by email and the name of the winners of any unclaimed prize draw will be displayed on www.huggies.co.nz.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, or who submit an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these Conditions of Entry.
Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
The Promoter has no control over internet or mobile telephone communications, networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for whatever reason.
By entering the Promotion the entrant consents to the Promoter’s privacy policy available at www.huggies.co.nz/privacy.asp. The Promoter collects the entrant’s personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion, notifying and announcing the winner(s) and of marketing the Promoter’s products and services, including by direct marketing techniques. The Promoter may disclose the entrant’s personal information to third parties including those involved in the administration of the Promotion, notifying and announcing the winners, the supply of prizes, the relevant gaming authorities, marketing companies, database collators and website servers. If the entrant does not provide the required personal information to the Promoter, the entrant cannot enter the Promotion. The entrant may access and correct the personal information about the entrant held by the Promoter by writing to the Promoter at the address below. By entering this Promotion the entrant consents to:
the collection, use and disclosure of his or her personal information as set out in this paragraph 19;
receiving from the Promoter telemarketing calls for an indefinite period of time, not withstanding any listing of the entrant’s telephone number on the Do Not Call Register; and
receiving from the Promoter commercial electronic messages, including SMS and email messages, for an indefinite period of time.
