Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Huggies® Pull-Ups Training Pants Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
Promotion commences at 23:00:00 NZDT on 12 October 2009. Entries close at 23:59:59 NZDT on 12th February 2010.
For a chance to win, entrants must:

If you are not a member of the Huggies Baby Club or the Mum to Be Club, join on-line by following the prompts;
Complete the on-line entry mechanic (with all information entered correctly);
Tell us in 25 words or less the answer to our Promotional Question – “Tell us in 25 words or less about your child’s funniest dress up or role play moments” and submit your answer by clicking on the “submit entry” button, and
Consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with paragraph 22 of these Conditions of Entry (Entry).
Consumers are eligible to enter once per week for the duration of the promotion.
The value of the prize is accurate at the date of commencement of the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
All valid entries received prior to the close of each draw during the promotion will be individually judged by promotion judge(s) appointed by the Promoter. to be held at Kimberly-Clark Australia, 52 Alfred St Milsons Point 2061 on:
Draw 1 – Open from 10:00 NZDT 12th October to 23:59 NZDT 12th November, draw date 16th November 2009
Draw 2 – Open from 00:01 NZDT 13th November to 23:59 NZDT 10th December, draw date 15th December 2009
Draw 3 – Open from 00:01 NZDT 11th December to 23:59 NZDT 11th January, draw date 15th January 2010
Draw 4 – Open from 00:01 NZDT 12th January to 16:59 NZDT 12th February, draw date 15th February 2010
There will 5 winners of the promotion each month for 4 months.
Each winner will receive a Doctor Outfit with play case from the Early Learning Centre, valued at $75.00. Total prize value is up to a maximum of $3600.
All entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion Question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality.
This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the Promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your answer to the Promotion Question (without attribution) on the Huggies Website and the editing of the answer prior to publication without consultation.

The winners of any unclaimed prize will be notified in writing by email and the name of the winners of any unclaimed prize draw will be displayed on www.huggies.co.nz.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, or who submit an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these Conditions of Entry, subject to approval of the gaming authorities where relevant.
Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
The Promoter has no control over internet or mobile telephone communications, networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for whatever reason.
By entering the Promotion the entrant consents to the Promoter’s privacy policy available at http://huggies.co.nz/privacy.asp. The Promoter collects the entrant’s personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion, notifying and announcing the winner(s) and of marketing the Promoter’s products and services, including by direct marketing techniques. The Promoter may disclose the entrant’s personal information to third parties including those involved in the administration of the Promotion, notifying and announcing the winners, the supply of prizes, the relevant gaming authorities, marketing companies, database collators and website servers. If the entrant does not provide the required personal information to the Promoter, the entrant cannot enter the Promotion. The entrant may access and correct the personal information about the entrant held by the Promoter by writing to the Promoter at the address below. By entering this Promotion the entrant consents to:
the collection, use and disclosure of his or her personal information as set out in this paragraph 22;
