Invite 4 Friends to join Huggies® and Win Promotion
1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation/entry into the Invite Friends to Join Huggies® and be Rewarded Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotion commences on 23 February 2011 at 00.01 NZDT and entries close at 23:59 NZDT on 21 February 2012 (Promotion Period).
3. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents who are members of the Huggies Baby Club or the Huggies Mum to Be Club (Huggies Member). Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and their agencies and companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
4. To enter the Promotion:
- www.huggies.co.nz/promotions (Promotion Website);
- log onto the Promotion Website;
- insert the first name and valid email address for your friends who are not existing Huggies Members (Friends) and who have agreed to receive an email invitation from you;
- review the email invitation message to be sent to each of your Friends, it will appear on screen, before you elect to send the email invitation message (Invitation) to your Friends;
- send the Invitation to each of your Friends by pressing ‘Send’. By sending the Invitation you are confirming that each of your Friends have agreed to receive the Invitation and that the email address and name of each Friend are correct.
5. The Friends will each be sent the Invitation from you to become a Huggies Member and they can join the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club (Huggies Clubs), by following the link in the Invitation to the Promotion Website.
6. The Invitation sent by the entrant to each Friend will include confirmation that the entrant:
- authorised the Invitation to be sent to the Friend and specify the entrants email address to enable the Friend to contact the entrant; and
- will not send further Invitations or emails to the Friend if they do not wish to join a Huggies Club.
- The entrant agrees that during and after the Promotion Period they must not enter a Friends details more than once and that the entrant must not send that Friend any further Invitations or emails in relation to Huggies Clubs or any other Kimberly-Clark clubs, products, promotions or offers.
- Entrants may enter the Promotion more than once by sending Invitations to Friends. Each Friend must be a natural person. Any false or forged information in connection with Friends or email addresses will invalid unless their identity can be verified by the Promoter.
- The entrant is entitled to receive a AUD$10.00 Huggies Book Club voucher (Book Voucher) for every 4 Friends that register as a new Huggies Member using the same email address that the Invitation was sent to and confirm that email address.
10. There will be a running tally of the estimated number of Book Vouchers you are entitled to on the Promotion Website. The running tally is subject to the Promoter validating and checking the authenticity of each Friend that registers as a new Huggies Member during the Promotion Period.
11. There is no limit on the number of Book Vouchers to be given away during the Promotion Period. The Promoter will count every Friend that becomes a new Huggies Member during the Promotion Period in accordance with the Conditions of Entry to this Promotion.
12. The Book Voucher value is AUD$10.00 and must be used to purchase books online through the Huggies Book Club within 6 months of the date the Book Voucher is sent by email to the entrant.
13. The complete terms and conditions for use of Book Vouchers are available at www.huggiesbookclub.com.au The Promoter will not be responsible for lost or stolen Book Vouchers. Book Vouchers can only be used to purchase items online at www.huggiesbookclub.com.au
14. The value of the prize is accurate at the date of the Book Voucher being sent to the entrant. The prize (including any unused portion) cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value (including where the prize is unavailable).
15. The Promoter will send the Book Vouchers to entrants who are entitled to receive a Book Voucher during each of the four Book Voucher reward periods set out below and the Book Voucher will be sent to the entrant on the dates below:
• 1st reward period: 22 February 2011 00.01 NZDT to 30 May 2011 24:00 NZST.

• 2nd reward period: 1 June 2011 00.01 NZST to 31 August 2011 24:00 NZST.
Date book voucher emailed to eligible entrants: 15 September 2011
• 3rd reward period: 1 September 2011 00.01 NZST to 30 November 2011 24:00 NZDT.
Date book voucher emailed to eligible entrants: 8 December 2011
• 4th reward period: 1 December 2011 00.01 NZDT to 21 February 2012 24:00 NZDT.

16. Entrants who have had Friends become new Huggies Members in any of first second or third Reward Periods, and those Friends have not been counted towards any entitlement to a Book Voucher, will still be eligible to count those Friends in the remaining Reward Period/s during the Promotion Period.
17. If an entrant has less than 4 Friends become a new Huggies Member by the end of the fourth Reward Period, which is the end of the Promotion Period, then those Friends who have become new Huggies Members will not be counted towards any entitlement to Book Vouchers in this Promotion or any future promotions or offers.
18. The Promoter will notify the entrant by email if the entrant is entitled to receive a Book Voucher.
19. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrants which do not meet validation criteria or which are not submitted in accordance with these Conditions of Entry, including verifying any Friends identity and email address and the entrant’s Huggies Member status.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to request the entrant to produce (within the requested time) appropriate identification or other documentation (to the Promoter’s satisfaction) at its sole discretion) in order to confirm the entrant’s or any Friends’ identity and eligibility to enter this Promotion or to become a Huggies Member, and any information submitted by the entrant in participating in the Promotion, before issuing a Book Voucher. If the documentation required by the promoter is not received by the Promoter (or its nominated agent) or an entitlement for a Book Voucher has not been verified or validated to the Promoter’s satisfaction within the time requested, that entrant’s entry and entitlement for a Book Voucher will become invalid.
22. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
23. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these Conditions of Entry.
24. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
25. The Promoter has no control over internet or mobile telephone communications, network lines, bugs/viruses and server problems and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for whatever reason.
26. The Promoter and its agents will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
27. Entrants acknowledge that any email Invitation they send to a Friend as part of this Promotion will be limited to those persons who have consented to receiving same.
28. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If you do not provide the mandatory personal information requested then you will not be able to take part in the Promotion. By entering this Promotion, each entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotion, announce the winners and disclosing the entrant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Promotion and announcing the winner, and to third parties as required by law. The Promoter does not have access to or retain any information in relation to an entrant’s Friends. By entering the Promotion, the entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter’s privacy policy (which is available at www.huggies.co.nz/privacy). By entering into this promotion you consent to receiving future emails and marketing communications from the Huggies Clubs and the Huggies Book Club unless otherwise advised by the entrant. The Huggies Book Club is operated under contract by Written Perspectives Pty Limited. An entrant may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter, upon request to the Promoter.

Q. Do I have to be a member of the Huggies Baby Club to enter this promotion?
A. Yes, this is a special offer available only to our Huggies Baby Club members who are residents of New Zealand. If you are not already a member, click on the “Become a member” link near the top right corner of the website.
Q. Do I need to provide any barcodes to enter this promotion?
A. No, you won’t need to purchase and collect any Huggies products barcodes for this promotion.
Q. What do I need to do after I have registered to participate?
A. If you are already a member, sign in and head to your My Huggies page. Click on the Invite Friends tab in the green box where you see your Recent Updates. You will be able to enter your friend’s name and email address on this form and then watch to see if they’ve joined and confirmed their membership. When they have, you will see their icon appear on this page and how many vouchers you’ve possibly won. You will win 1 Huggies Book Club voucher valued at AUD$10 each for every four successful members who join Huggies. This promotion is open to you as long as you are a Huggies member.
Q. Do Huggies have access to my friends email addresses?
A. Your friends email addresses are not provided to Huggies unless your friend decides to join a Huggies Club. The invite is sent to them as though you are sending them a personal email.
Q. Can I redeem the prize at anytime?
A. No. The Huggies® BookClub voucher is valid for 6 months from the time we award you the voucher.
