WIN a Sleepy Wings™ swaddle jacket!
1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Win a Sleepy Wings™ swaddle jacket promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotion commences at 10:00:00 NZDT on 16th January 2012 and entries close at 23:59:59 NZST on 30th April 2012 (Promotion Period). Entry is only open to New Zealand residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
3. For a chance to win, entrants must:
a. go online to www.huggies.co.nz (Huggies Website);
b. if you are not a member of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club, register to become a member of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club and log on to the Huggies Website;
c. if you are already a member, log on to the Huggies Website;
d. follow the Promotions links to the Promotion;
e. complete the on-line entry mechanic (including all mandatory fields and with all information entered correctly) and answer the Promotion question in 25 words or less, “tell us your tips for a good night’s sleep for your baby and you.” (Promotion Question) and;
f. press ‘enter promotion’ to submit your entry and enter the Promotion.
g. By entering this promotion members consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with paragraph 18 of these Conditions of Entry (Entry)
4. Consumers are eligible to enter once per day for the duration of the promotion.
5. The value of the prize is accurate at the date of commencement of the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
6. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
7. A panel of judges will choose the best valid entry from all valid entries received during the applicable draw period as below:
• Draw 1 – Entries received 16 January – 29 February 2012 will be judged by 14 March 2012
• Draw 2 – Entries received 1 March – 31 March 2012 will be judged by 11 April 2012
• Draw 3 – Entries received 1 April – 30 April 2012 will be judged by 9 May 2012
8. There will be 5 winners of a prize for each month/draw period. There are a total of 15 winners in the entire promotion.
9. Each winner will receive a Sleepy Wings™ swaddle jacket in the colour and size selected at the time of entry, valued at AU$29.95. The total prize pool is valued at AU$449.25.
10. All entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion Question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your answer to the Promotion Question (without attribution of you as author of the answer) on the Huggies Website (huggies.co.nz) and the editing, amendment or modification of the answer prior to publication without consultation. You warrant that your answer to the Promotion Question is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
11. The winners will be advised via email (within 5 days of the respective judging dates in clause 7 above) and winner’s names will be published on the Huggies website. By entering the Promotion an entrant consents to the publication of his or her name (if a winner) on the Huggies website.
12. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
13. The promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process.
14. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
15. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, the promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the promotion including the prizes and these conditions of entry.
16. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
17. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter.
18. By entering the Promotion the entrant consents to the Promoter’s privacy policy available at http://huggies.co.nz/privacy. The Promoter collects the entrant’s personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion, notifying and announcing the winner(s). The Promoter may disclose the entrant’s personal information to third parties including those involved in the administration of the Promotion, notifying and announcing the winners, the supply of prizes, the relevant gaming authorities. If the entrant does not provide the required personal information to the promoter, the entrant cannot enter the promotion. The entrant may access and correct the personal information about the entrant held by the promoter by writing to the Promoter at the address below. By entering this Promotion the entrant consents to the collection, use and disclosure of his or her personal information as set out in this paragraph 18.
