1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Win a Little Tikes Cozy Coupe with Huggies Nappy-Pants® promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotion commences at 10:00:00 NZDT on 21st November 2011 and entries close at 23:59:59 NZDT on 29th February 2012 (Promotion Period).
3. For a chance to win, entrants must:
a. go online to www.huggies.co.nz (Huggies Website);
b. if you are not a member of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club, register to become a member of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club and log on to the Huggies Website;
c. if you are already a member, log on to the Huggies Website;
d. follow the Promotions links to the Promotion;
e. watch the Huggies Nappy-Pants TVC on the promotion page, complete the on-line entry mechanic (with all information entered correctly), and share in 40 words or less; ‘Share your nappy change story and how Huggies Nappy-Pants make change time better for your active baby or toddler’ (Promotion Question); and
f. press ‘enter promotion’ to submit your entry and enter the Promotion.
g. By entering this promotion members consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with paragraph 19 of these Conditions of Entry (Entry)
4. Consumers are eligible to enter once per day for the duration of the promotion.
5. The value of the prize is accurate at the date of commencement of the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
6. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
7. A panel of judges will choose the best valid entry from all valid entries received during the applicable draw period as below:
• Draw 1 – Entries received 21 November – 31 December 2011 will be judged by 11 January 2012
• Draw 2 – Entries received 1 January – 31 January 2012 will be judged by 15 February 2012
• Draw 3 – Entries received 1 February – 29 February 2012 will be judged by 14 March 2012
8. There will be 2 winners of a prize for each month/draw period. There are a total of 6 winners in the entire promotion.
9. Each winner will receive a Little Tikes 30th Anniversary Cozy Coupe in the standard colour, yellow and red (model # 612060), valued at $199.99. The total prize pool is valued at $1199.94.
10. All entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion Question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your answer to the Promotion Question (without attribution of you as author of the answer) on the Huggies Website (huggies.co.nz) and the editing, amendment or modification of the answer prior to publication without consultation.
11. The winners will be advised via email (within 5 days of the respective judging dates in clause 7 above) and winner’s names will be published on the Huggies website.
12. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
13. The promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process.
14. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
15. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, the promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the promotion including the prizes and these conditions of entry.
16. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
17. If the entrant does not provide the required personal information to the promoter, the entrant cannot enter the promotion.
