WIN an art and craft activity pack
1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the “Win an art and craft activity pack” promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotion commences at 10:00:00 NZDT on 17th October 2011 and entries close at 23:59:59 NZST on 31st August 2012 (Promotion Period).
3. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents who are valid members of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies, suppliers or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
4. For a chance to win, eligible entrants must:
a. go online to www.huggies.co.nz (Huggies Website);
b. if you are not a member of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club, register to become a member of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club and log on to the Huggies Website;
c. if you are already a member, log on to the Huggies Website;
d. follow the Promotions links to the Promotion;
e. complete the on-line entry mechanic by sharing a craft activity and step-by-step instructions (with all information entered correctly) plus upload an image associated with your craft activity (Promotion Question) and;
f. press ‘enter promotion’ to submit your entry and enter the Promotion.
g. By entering this promotion members consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with paragraph 19 of these Conditions of Entry (Entry)
5. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
6. Consumers are eligible to enter once per week for the duration of the promotion. All entries must be the sole work of the entrant.
7. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by a panel appointed by the Promoter. All valid entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion Question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the Promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your answer to the Promotion Question (without attribution of you as author of the answer) on the Huggies Website (huggies.co.nz) and the editing, amendment or modification of the answer prior to publication without consultation.
8. A panel of judges will choose the best valid entry from all valid entries received during the applicable Draw Period as below;

• Entries received 01/11/11 to 30/11/11 will be drawn on 7 Dec 2011 at 2pm local time;
• Entries received 01/12/11 to 31/12/11 will be drawn on 11 Jan 2012 at 2pm local time;
• Entries received 01/01/12 to 31/01/12 will be drawn on 8 Feb 2012 at 2pm local time;
• Entries received 01/02/12 to 29/02/12 will be drawn on 7 Mar 2012 at 2pm local time;
• Entries received 01/03/12 to 31/03/12 will be drawn on 11 April 2012 at 2pm local time;
• Entries received 01/04/12 to 30/04/12 will be drawn on 9 May 2012 at 2pm local time;
• Entries received 01/05/12 to 31/05/12 will be drawn on 13 June 2012 at 2pm local time;
• Entries received 01/06/12 to 30/06/12 will be drawn on 11 July 2012 at 2pm local time;
• Entries received 01/07/12 to 31/07/12 will be drawn on 8 August 2012 at 2pm local time;
• Entries received 01/08/12 to 31/08/12 will be drawn on 12 September 2012 at 2pm local time;
9. There will be 1 winner of a prize for each month. There are a total of 11 winners in the entire promotion. The best valid entry (1) in each draw will each win copies of 365 Things to Make and Do by Fiona Watt and 365 Things to Make and Do with Paper and Cardboard. Each prize pack is valued at $ 59.98. The total prize pool is valued at $659.78
10. The value of the prize is accurate and based upon the recommended retail price(s) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize (including any unused portion) cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value (including where the prize is unavailable).
11. The winners will be advised via email (within 5 days of the respective judging dates in clause 8 above) and winner’s names will be published on the Huggies website.
12. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
13. The promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, or who submit an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
14. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
15. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, the promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the promotion including the prizes and these conditions of entry.
16. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
17.
