Win a Philips Avent Video Baby Monitor Promotion
1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Win a Philips Avent Video Baby Monitor Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotion commences at 00.01.00 NZST on 27th July 2011 and entries close at 23:59:59 NZDT on 31st January 2012 (Promotion Period).
3. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents who are valid members of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies, suppliers or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
4. For a chance to win, eligible entrants must:
a. go online to www.huggies.co.nz (Huggies Website);
b. if you are not a member of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club, register to become a member of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club and log on to the Huggies Website;
c. if you are already a member, log on to the Huggies Website;
d. follow the Promotions links to the Promotion;
e. complete the on-line entry mechanic (with all information entered correctly) and answer the Promotion question correctly, “How many soothing lullabies are available to use on the Philips AVENT Digital Video Monitor?” (Promotion Question) and;
f. press ‘enter promotion’ to submit your entry and enter the Promotion.
g. By entering this promotion members consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with paragraph 20 of these Conditions of Entry (Entry)
5. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
6. Consumers are eligible to enter once per week for the duration of the promotion. All entries must be the sole work of the entrant.
7. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by a panel appointed by the Promoter. All valid entries will be judged having regard to the overall correctness of the response to the Promotion Question. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the Promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your answer to the Promotion Question (without attribution of you as author of the answer) on the Huggies Website (huggies.co.nz) and the editing, amendment or modification of the answer prior to publication without consultation.
8. A panel of judges will choose the best valid entry from all valid entries received during the applicable Draw Period as below;
• Entries received during July and August 2011 will be judged by 7 September 2011
• Entries received during September 2011 will be judged by 5 October 2011
• Entries received during October 2011 will be judged by 9 November 2011
• Entries received during November 2011 will be judged by 7 December 2011
• Entries received during December 2011 will be judged by 11 January 2012
• Entries received during January 2012 will be judged by 8 February 2012
The first entry drawn with a correct answer will be considered the major prize winner for the draw period. The next 10 entries drawn with a correct answer will be considered the runners-up for the draw period.
9. There will be 1 major winner of a prize for each draw period. There will be 10 runners up each draw period. There are a total of 66 winners in the entire promotion.
10. Each major winner will receive a Philips Avent Digital Video Monitor valued at RRP $399.99. Each runner up will receive a tube of Nature’s Kiss Arnica cream valued at RRP$19.99. The total prize pool is valued at $3599.34.
11. The value of the prize is accurate and based upon the recommended retail price(s) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize (including any unused portion) cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value (including where the prize is unavailable).
12. The winners will be advised via email (within 5 days of the respective judging dates in clause 8 above) and winner’s names will be published on the Huggies website.
13. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, or who submit an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
15. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
16. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these Conditions of Entry.
17. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
18. The Promoter will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
19. The Promoter may conduct such further draws as are necessary on 18th April 2012 for any unclaimed prize. Details of the winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be published on www.huggies.co.nz.
