There’s nothing like a hearty home cooked meal on a cold winter night and there are no better meals than those cooked without slaving in the kitchen all day! Food cooks much faster in a pressure cooker, making it a must have when you need to get dinner on the table in a hurry. Just pop your ingredients in the pressure cooker and by the time you’re finished tidying up the kitchen you can have a wholesome, hearty home cooked meal ready for the whole family.

Terms and Conditions
WIN a Cuisinart 6 Litre Pressure Cooker Promotion
1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the WIN a Cuisinart 6 Litre Pressure Cooker Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotion commences at 10:00:00 NZST on 24th June 2011 and entries close at 23:59:59 NZDT on 4th October 2011 (Promotion Period).
3. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents who are valid members of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies, suppliers or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
4. For a chance to win, eligible entrants must:
a. go online to www.huggies.co.nz (Huggies Website);
b. if you are not a member of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club, register to become a member of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club and log on to the Huggies Website;
c. if you are already a member, log on to the Huggies Website;
d. follow the Promotions links to the Promotion;
e. complete the on-line entry mechanic (with all information entered correctly) and share your favourite home cooked winter recipe and supporting photo with us. NOTE: Your recipe must be your own and not reproduced from an existing cook book, magazine or any public source (‘Promotion Question’) and;
f. press ‘enter promotion’ to submit your entry and enter the Promotion.
g. By entering this promotion members consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with paragraph 19 of these Conditions of Entry (Entry)
5. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
6. Consumers are eligible to enter once per day for the duration of the promotion. All entries must be the sole work of the entrant.
7. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by a panel appointed by the Promoter. All valid entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion Question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the Promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your answer to the Promotion Question (without attribution of you as author of the answer) on the Huggies Website (huggies.co.nz) and the editing, amendment or modification of the answer prior to publication without consultation.
8. A panel of judges will choose the best valid entry from all valid entries received during the applicable Draw Period as below;
Draw 1 – entries received between 24th June & 31st July 2011 will be judged on 10th August 2011
Draw 2 – entries received between 1st August & 31st August 2011 will be judged on 14th September 2011
Draw 3 – entries received between 1st September & 4th October 2011 will be judged on 12th October 2011
9. There will be 1 winner of a prize for each draw period. There are a total of 3 winners in the entire promotion. The best valid entry (1) in each draw will each receive;
• A Cuisinart 6 Litre Pressure Cooker valued at $259.00 Model Number: CPC-600A
• A copy of The Australian Women’s Weekly Pressure Cooker Recipe Book valued at $16.95
Each prize is valued at $275.95. The total Prize pool is $827.85.
10. The value of the prize is accurate and based upon the recommended retail price(s) at the date of printing. The
Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize (including any unused portion) cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value (including where the prize is unavailable).
11. The winners will be advised via email (within 5 days of the respective judging dates in clause 8 above) and winner’s names will be published on the Huggies website.
12. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, or who submit an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
14. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
15. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these Conditions of Entry.
16. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
17. The Promoter will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
18. The Promoter may conduct such further draws as are necessary on 21st December 2011 for any unclaimed prize. Details of the winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be published on www.huggies.co.nz.
19. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If you do not provide the mandatory personal information requested then you will not be able to take part in the Promotion. By entering this Promotion, each entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotion, announces the winners and disclosing the entrant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Promotion, and to third parties as required by law (including authorities that regulate this Promotion).
