WIN a Lamaze Newborn Baby Play Pack!
1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the WIN a Lamaze Newborn Baby Play Pack Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotion commences at 10:00:00 NZDT on 14th March 2011. Entries close at 23:59:59 NZST on 30th June 2011.
3. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents who are valid members of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies, suppliers or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
4. For a chance to win, entrants must:
a. go online to www.huggies.co.nz (Huggies Website);
b. if you are not a member of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club, register to become a member of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club and log on to the Huggies Website;
c. if you are already a member, log on to the Huggies Website;
d. follow the Promotions links to the Promotion;
e. complete the on-line entry mechanic (with all information entered correctly) and answer the Promotion question in 25 words or less, “What techniques will/do you use to interact with your newborn” (Promotion Question) and;
f. press ‘enter promotion’ to submit your entry and enter the Promotion.
g. By entering this promotion members consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with paragraph 22 of these Conditions of Entry (Entry)
5. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
6. Consumers are eligible to enter once per day for the duration of the promotion. All entries must be the sole work of the entrant.
7. The value of the prize is accurate at the date of commencement of the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
8. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
9. A panel of judges will choose the best valid entry from all valid entries received during the applicable Draw Period as below;
• Draw 1 – 4 May 2011 (for all entries received during March and April)
• Draw 2 – 8 June 2011 (for all entries received during May)
• Draw 3 – 6 July 2011 (for all entries received during June)
10. There will be 2 winners of the promotion each month. A total of 6 winners during the entire promotion.
11. Each Winner will receive a Lamaze Newborn Baby Play Pack valued at $154.00. The total prize pool is valued at $924.00.
12. All entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your answer to the Promotion question (without attribution) on the Huggies Website and the editing of the answer prior to publication without consultation.
13. The winners will be advised via email and winner’s names will be published on the Huggies website.
14. The Promoter may conduct such further draws as are necessary on 12th October 2011 for any unclaimed prize. Details of the winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be published on www.huggies.co.nz.
15. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
16. The promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process.
17. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
18. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, the promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the promotion including the prizes and these conditions of entry.
19. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
20. 21. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter.
22. By entering the Promotion the entrant consents to the Promoter’s privacy policy available at http://huggies.co.nz/privacy.asp. The Promoter collects the entrant’s personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion, notifying and announcing the winner(s) and of marketing the Promoter’s products and services, including by direct marketing techniques. The Promoter may disclose the entrant’s personal information to third parties including those involved in the administration of the Promotion, notifying and announcing the winners, the supply of prizes, the relevant gaming authorities, marketing companies, database collators and website servers. If the entrant does not provide the required personal information to the promoter, the entrant cannot enter the promotion. The entrant may access and correct the personal information about the entrant held by the promoter by writing to the Promoter at the address below.
