1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the HUGGIES® WIN gorgeous pregnancy lingerie from HOTmilk Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotion commences 10:00:00 NZDT on 21 February 2011 and entries close at 23:59:59 NZDT on 31 January 2012 (Promotion Period).
3. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents who are valid members of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies, suppliers or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
4. For a chance to win, eligible entrants must:

- if you are not a member of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club, register to become a member of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club and log on to the Huggies Website;
- if you are already a member, log on to the Huggies Website;
- follow the Promotions links to the Promotion;
- complete the on-line entry mechanic (with all information entered correctly) and answer the Promotion question in 25 words or less, “Why would you like to win this gorgeous set of HOTmilk pregnancy lingerie?” (Promotion Question) and;
- press ‘enter promotion’ to submit your entry and enter the Promotion.

5. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
6. Only one entry per person per week will be accepted. All entries must be the sole work of the entrant.
7. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by a panel appointed by the Promoter. All valid entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion Question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the Promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your response to the Promotion Question (without attribution) on any publications and products the Promoter may choose and the editing of the response to the Promotion Question prior to publication without consultation.
8. A panel of judges will choose the best valid entry from all valid entries received during the applicable Draw Period as below;

Draw 3 entries received during May 2011 will be judged on 8th June 2011

Draw 5 entries received during July 2011 will be judged on 3rd August 2011
Draw 6 entries received during August 2011 will be judged on 7th September 2011
Draw 7 entries received during September 2011 will be judged on 5th October 2011
Draw 8 entries received during October 2011 will be judged on 2nd November 2011
Draw 9 entries received during November 2011 will be judged on 7th December 2011
Draw 10 entries received during December 2011 will be judged on 11th January 2012
Draw 11 entries received during January 2012 will be judged on 8th February 2012
9. The best valid entries (2) in each draw will each receive a gorgeous pregnancy lingerie set (Including Bra and Knickers) from HOTmilk Prize, valued at RRP $119.70. Total prize value is up to a maximum of $2633.40.
10. The value of the prize is accurate and based upon the recommended retail price(s) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize (including any unused portion) cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value (including where the prize is unavailable).
11. The winners will be notified in writing by email, and the winners names will be published on the Huggies Website.
12. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied
13. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, or who submit an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
14. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
15. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these Conditions of Entry.
16. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
17. The Promoter will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
