Huggies Little Swimmers® Brand Mini Poncho Pal Offer
1. Information on how to claim the HUGGIES LITTLE SWIMMERS® Brand Mini Poncho Pal forms part of these Conditions of Offer. A claim under this Huggies Little Swimmers® Brand Mini Poncho Pal Offer (Offer) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. For information on how to download your claim form, refer to the instructions on the promotion page and the FAQs for this promotion.
2. Offer commences 10 January 2011. Offer closes last mail received 31 March 2011, or when stocks run out, whichever occurs first. Claims are deemed to have been received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
3. There are 1,400 Huggies Little Swimmers® Brand Mini Poncho Pal to be claimed. The Huggies Little Swimmers® Brand Mini Poncho Pal Offer comprises a towel poncho, 50cm x 100cm in size, valued at $20.
4. Claims must be sent in a stamped envelope to: Huggies Little Swimmers® Mini Poncho Pal Offer, PO Box 56 612, Dominion Rd, Auckland 1446.
5. Valid claims must contain (a) three original barcodes from any Huggies Little Swimmers® packs, (b) a completed official claim form.
6. A maximum of 1 claim per household will be accepted.
7. Offer is only open to New Zealand residents who are members of the Huggies® Mum To Be Club or the Huggies® Baby Club. By entering this competition, members agree to receive Huggies® monthly newsletters including news, special offers and promotions from Huggies®. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies or companies associated with this offer, are ineligible to claim.
8. The Huggies Little Swimmers® Brand Mini Poncho Pal cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. The value of the Huggies Little Swimmers® Brand Mini Poncho Pal is accurate at time of printing, and no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the Huggies Little Swimmers® Brand Mini Poncho Pal after that date.
9. Claimants should allow at least 3 weeks for delivery.
10. Any claim made with stolen, forged, mutilated or otherwise tampered with barcodes or claim forms will be deemed void. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of claims and barcodes, and to disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process.
11. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected claims.
12. The Promoter may dispose of any Huggies Little Swimmers® Brand Mini Poncho Pal remaining at the close of the Offer in any manner it determines.
13. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving, taking or using the Huggies Little Swimmers® Brand Mini Poncho Pal except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
14. Any tax liability arising as a result of receiving the Huggies Little Swimmers® Brand Mini Poncho Pal is the responsibility of the claimant.
15. If, for any reason, this Offer is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Offer including substituting another product of similar value for the Huggies Little Swimmers® Brand Mini Poncho Pal and these Conditions of Offer.
16. If any act or omission, event or circumstance occurs beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Conditions of Offer, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Offer.
17. All claims become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use personal information for future marketing purposes, unless otherwise advised by the claimant. The Promoter may provide personal information relating to claimants to organisations that assist the Promoter with promotional, marketing and publicity activities. A claimant may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter, upon request to the Promoter.

Q. Can I send in receipts instead of barcodes?
A. No, only barcodes will be accepted. Barcodes must be from original Huggies Little Swimmers® Swimpants packs.
Q. I am not a Huggies® club member, can I claim anyway?
A. You must become a Huggies® club member to claim a Huggies Little Swimmers® Mini Poncho Pal. If you have trouble downloading the claim form, please call our promotional support line on 0800 845 623 and we can send one out to you.
Q. My Mini Poncho Pal hasn’t arrived. What’s happening with my claim?
A. As per the Conditions of Offer, please allow 3 weeks for processing and delivery from the date of redemption. If your Mini Poncho Pal has not arrived within that timeframe please call our promotional support line on 0800 845 623 and we will look up your claim.
Q. My claim was returned with an invalid letter. What should I do next?
A. Claims are returned for several reasons – the letter you received will tell you why. If there are enough Mini Poncho Pals remaining, you will be invited to resubmit your claim once the problem specified in the letter has been rectified. Where there are a limited number of Mini Poncho Pals remaining at the time an invalid claim is received, claimants will not be asked to resubmit their claim, as it is likely all Mini Poncho Pals will have been claimed by the time the resubmitted claim is received.
Q. I have requested a specific design. What happens if you run out of my first choice?
A. If you opted to receive an alternative design on your claim form, this will be sent to you. If you opted not to receive an alternative design, your claim will not be processed and your claim form and barcodes will be posted back to you.
