Huggies Win a 6 Month Supply of Huggies Products Promotion

1. Information on how to enter this Promotion and Prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the “Win a 6 month supply of HUGGIES® products” promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promotion commences at 00:01 on 3 September 2010 and closes at 23:59 on 31 August 2012 (Promotion Period).
3. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents who are current members of the Huggies® Baby Club or Huggies® Mum to Be Club. By entering this competition members agree to receive Huggies® monthly newsletter including news, special offers and promotions from Huggies®. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, agencies, suppliers or companies associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
4. For a chance to win, eligible entrants must:
   
   • go to the Huggies® website (www.huggies.co.nz);
   • follow the link to the Promotion;
   • type in your email address and complete the on-line entry mechanic (with all information entered correctly); and;
   • press enter to submit your entry to the Promotion.

5. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission or for any misdirected or late entry. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrants or any other person’s handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this Promotion.
6. Entrants may enter the Promotion more than once during the Promotion Period. However, each entrant is limited to one entry per week. Each entry must be completed on a separate on-line entry form (with all information entered correctly).
7. There will be 8 separate Prize draws during the Promotion Period. All valid entries received between:
   
   • 00:01 on 3 September 2010 and 23:59 on 30 November 2010 will enter a Prize draw to take place on 7 December 2010 ( Draw 1);
   • 00:01 on 1 December 2010 and 23:59 on 28 February 2011 will enter a Prize draw to take place on 1 March 2011 (Draw 2);
   • 00:01 on 1 March 2011 and 23:59 on 31 May 2011 will enter a Prize draw to take place on 7 June 2011 (Draw 3); and
   • 00:01 on 1 June 2011 and 23:59 on 31 August 2011 will enter a Prize draw to take place on 6 September 2011 (Draw 4).
   • 00:01 on 1 September 2011 and 23:59 on 30 November 2011 will enter a Prize draw to take place on 7 December 2011 (Draw 5);
   • 00:01 on 1 December 2011 and 23:59 on 29 February 2012 will enter a Prize draw to take place on 7 March 2012 (Draw 6);
   • 00:01 on 1 March 2012 and 23:59 on 31 May 2012 will enter a Prize draw to take place on 6 June 2012 (Draw 7); and
   • 00:01 on 1 June 2012 and 23:59 on 31 August 2012 will enter a Prize draw to take place on 5 September 2012 (Draw 8).
     
   The first valid entry drawn in each Prize draw (Winner) will win a 6 month supply of Huggies® Baby Care Products (Prize) as per Clause 8 below. Total value of the Prize is RRP NZ$989.30. Total Prize value is up to a maximum of RRP NZ$7914.40.
   
8. Each Prize consists of:
   
   • 42 vouchers for Huggies® Nappies (convenience size packs) redeemable at supermarkets;
   • Huggies® Baby Wipes (8 pop-up tubs and 6×144 refill packs);
   • 12 packs of Huggies® change mats;and
   • 6 packs of Little Swimmers® Swim Pants.
9. The value of the Prize is accurate at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize after that date. The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
10. Winners will be notified by phone and/or e-mail. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the inability to contact Winners due to error in information provided by the entrant, or subsequent change of phone number or email address. The name of each Winner will be displayed on the “Promotion Winners” page at www.huggies.co.nz.
11. The Prize will be delivered by courier within 21 days of each Winner confirming to the Promoter:
    
    • whether boy or girl nappies are required; and
    • what size nappy is required.
12. If a Prize remains unclaimed for more than 90 days after a Draw Date, the Promoter may conduct such further draws for an unclaimed Prize as are necessary (Supplementary Draw(s)), at the same place and time as the original draw, on the next Draw Date for Draws 1-7 and on 5 December 2012 for Draw 8. The Winner of a Supplementary Draw will be notified as per Clause 10, with the name of the Winners displayed on the “Promotion Winners” page at www.huggies.co.nz.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
14. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
15. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any Prize is the responsibility of the Winner.
16. The Promoter, its agents and contractors shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from or in connection with any Prizes offered, received or used as part of this Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
17. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The personal information requested must be provided for a valid entry to the Promotion. Each Winner is taken to consent to use of the information. The information will be used to verify entries, contacting Winners of each Prize draw, announcing Winners and may be used by the Promoter for future marketing purposes. Entrants will not be entered into the Promotion if they do not consent to receive future marketing communications from the Promoter. The Promoter may provide personal information relating to entrants to organisations that assist the Promoter with promotional, marketing and publicity activities. Upon request, an entrant may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter.

Q. What Huggies products are included in the 6 month supply?

A. Each 6 month supply of Huggies Nappies consists of 42 convenience size packs. The Baby Care products include Huggies Baby Wipes (8 pop-up tubs and 6 refill packs); 12 packs of Huggies change mats; and 6 packs of Little Swimmers Swim Pants.

Q. How can I find out if I am a winner?

Q. My email address has changed and I don’t have access to it anymore. How do I login?
A. If you no longer have access to your original email address you previously used to signup, you can reset your email.

Q. I signed up but never received an email to confirm my membership.
A. Please check your “Bulk Mail Folder”. Some email programs automatically filter out computer generated emails in “Bulk Mail Folder” or “Trash Folder”. Alternatively, you may wish to Contact Huggies for assistance.

Q. How do I check my membership details?
A. If you have already signed in to the Huggies site, you will notice that some of your membership details are displayed in the green box in the upper right hand corner. You will need to sign in before you can view your membership profile by clicking on Update details. You can do this at anytime.

Q. How do I cancel my membership?
A. You may cancel your membership anytime by first signing in, then selecting “Update details”. At the bottom of this form, click on “Cancel my membership.”
