Terms and Conditions
Huggies® Pull-Ups Toilet Training Starter Kit Offer
1. Information on how to claim the Huggies® Pull-Ups Toilet Training Starter Kit (Pull-Ups Kit) forms part of these Conditions of Offer. Submission of a claim in this Pull-Ups Kit Offer (Offer) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Offer.
2. Offer commences 11 October 2010 at 00:01 AEST. Offer closes last mail received 17 December 2010 or when all Pull-Ups Kits have been claimed (whichever is the earlier) (Offer Period).
3. Offer is open to New Zealand residents who are members of the Huggies® Baby Club or Huggies® Mum To Be Club. Persons under 18 years, employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies or companies associated with this Offer, are ineligible to claim.
4. To claim a Pull-Ups Kit:
(1) Collect two (2) original barcodes from any Huggies® Pull-Ups Toilet Training Pants.
(2) How to obtain a Pull-Ups Kit claim form (Claim Form):
(a) Log on to www.huggies.co.nz and join the Huggies® Baby Club or Huggies® Mum To Be Club (or log in if you are already a member), download a copy of the Claim Form, complete the personal details information and print a copy of the Claim Form; or
(b) Call the promotional support line on 0800 845 623 if you do not have internet access (Toll Free).
(3) Complete all details requested on the Claim Form, including your choice of Girl Design Pull-Ups Kit or Boy Design Pull-Ups Kit.
(4) Make payment of NZ$10.00 (which includes postage, handling and GST) by:
(a) Providing your completed credit card details on the Claim Form; or
(b) Attaching a cheque or money order payable to ‘Huggies Pull-Ups Toilet Training Starter Kit Offer’ to the Claim Form. Note: cash will not be accepted.
(5) Send the completed Claim Form, original barcodes and payment in a stamped envelope to ‘Huggies Pull-Ups Toilet Training Starter Kit Offer’, PO Box 56 612, Dominion Road, Auckland 1446.
5. A maximum of one (1) Pull-Ups Kit can be claimed per household during the Offer Period.
6. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
7. There are 750 Girl Design Pull-Ups Kits and 750 Boy Design Pull-Ups Kits available to be claimed. A total of 1,500 Pull-Ups Kits may be claimed. The Promoter will award a Pull-Ups Kit for each valid claim received until all 1,500 Pull-Ups Kits have been claimed. The claimant may select a Pull-Ups Kit of their choice. If their Pull-Ups Kit choice is not available the claimant will receive the alternative Pull-Ups Kit if they selected this option on the Claim Form. If their Pull-Ups Kit choice is not available and the claimant did not select to receive the alternative Pull-Ups Kit, the claimant’s claim form, barcodes and payment will be returned. Each Pull-Ups Kit is valued at NZ$60.00 RRP. Total value is up to a maximum of NZ$90,000. There will be a running tally of remaining Pull-Ups Kits available to be claimed on www.huggies.co.nz or by calling the promotional support line on 0800 845 623
8. Each Pull-Ups Kit contains one (1) Disney step, one (1) Disney potty seat and one (1) Huggies® Pull-Ups Toilet Training Guide.
9. The Pull-Ups Kit is not transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
10. The value of the Pull-Ups Kit is accurate at the time of printing, and no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the Pull-Ups Kit after that date. The Promoter retains the right to substitute any item in the Pull-Ups Kit with an alternative product of equal or greater value (including where any item in the Pull-Ups Kit is unavailable).
11. Claimants should allow approximately six (6) weeks for delivery of the Pull-Ups Kit.
12. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected claims.
13. In the event that a claim is received after stock of the Pull-Ups Kits have been exhausted or after the closing date of the Offer, the original Claim Form, money order or cheque and barcodes will be returned to the claimant by mail. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for money orders that cannot be cashed and the Promoter recommends that claimants, where applicable, retain money order stubs.
14. The Promoter may dispose of any Pull-Ups Kits remaining at the close of the Offer in any manner it determines (including setting new conditions for claiming the remaining stock of Pull-Ups Kits).
15. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the Offer or receiving, taking or using the Pull-Ups Kit except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
16. If for any reason this Offer is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the Conditions of Offer.
17. If any act or omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Conditions of Offer, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Offer.
18. Any tax liability arising as a result of receiving the Pull-Ups Kit is the responsibility of the claimer.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of claims and barcodes, and to disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim that is not in accordance with the Conditions of Offer. Any claim made with stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with Claim Forms or barcodes will be deemed void.
20. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the Offer. If you do not provide the mandatory personal information requested then you will not be able to take part in the Offer. By entering this Offer, each claimant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the claimant’s personal information to administer the Offer and disclosing the claimant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Offer, and to third parties as required by law. The Promoter is bound by the information privacy principles in the Privacy Act 1993 (New Zealand) and by entering the Offer, the claimant is taken to consent to the Promoter’s privacy policy (which is available on request). By entering into this Offer, each claimant also consents to the Promoter using their personal information for future marketing purposes, unless otherwise advised by the claimant. A claimant may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter, upon request to the Promoter.

Q. When should I send in my claim?
A. You should send in your claim form as soon as you have collected your barcodes. The offer closes last mail on 17 December 2010 or when all 1,500 HUGGIES PULL-UPS® Toilet Training Starter Kits have been redeemed.
Q. Can I send in receipts instead of barcodes?
A. No, only barcodes will be accepted.
Q. Can I pay the postage and handling in cash?
A. We don’t accept cash as it is not a secure way to send payment through the post. You can choose to pay either by credit card (by entering your details on the claim form ), by including a bank cheque or personal cheque (made payable to “Huggies Pull-Ups Toilet Training Starter Kit Offer”) when you post your claim form.
Q. What methods of payment are available?
A. Personal cheque and bank cheque (made payable to “Huggies Pull-Ups Toilet Training Starter Kit Offer”) and credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Card) are accepted. Cash is not accepted.

Q. What happens if I send in my barcodes and there are no HUGGIES PULL-UPS® Toilet Training Starter Kits left?
A. As long as we have all your contact details we can return these to you. Also make sure that your HUGGIES® Club profile is up-to-date with your contact details.

A. No, only barcodes from HUGGIES PULL-UPS® Toilet Training Pants packs can be used for HUGGIES PULL-UPS® Toilet Training Starter Kit offer. Barcodes from HUGGIES® Nappies, HUGGIES® Nappy-Pants, HUGGIES® Wipes, HUGGIES® Change Mats, HUGGIES LITTLE SWIMMERS® Swimpants or DRYNITES® Pyjama Pants cannot be used.
Q. I recently went overseas and I brought back a pack of HUGGIES PULL-UPS® Toilet Training Pants – can I use this barcode in the offer?
A. No, only barcodes from NZ packs of HUGGIES PULL-UPS® Toilet Training Pants are accepted in this offer.

A. Yes, you can photocopy the claim form, but each claim must be sent in with 2 original Pull-Ups barcodes.

A. The claim form is available to download by all Huggies club members. If you have trouble downloading, please call our promotional support line on 0800 845 623 and we can send one out to you.

Q. I want to participate in this offer but have forgotten my HUGGIES® Club password, and I can’t sign-up again because I’m already a member under my existing email address.

Q. My email address has changed and I don’t have access to it anymore. How do I login?
A. If you no longer have access to your original email address you previously used, you can sign in and reset your email address.
Q. How do I check my membership details?
A. If you have already signed in to the HUGGIES® website, you will notice a “My Huggies” link in a green bar at the top right hand corner of the page. By clicking on it, it will take you to your profile page where you’ll be able to view all your membership activities (e.g. promotions which you’ve joined, baby name or recipe lists that you have shared with others). In order to update your membership details, you will need to click on the “My details” tab on the left side. This will take you to a page where you can update your contact details and email address at any time. If you are not signed in, you will not be able to see this area.
Q. How do I cancel my membership?
A. You may cancel your membership anytime by first signing in, then clicking on the “My details” tab on the left side. Under “Account Details”, there is a link for you to select “Cancel My Membership.” Please note that if you cancel your membership, you won’t be able to download the claim form for the HUGGIES PULL-UPS® Toilet Training Starter Kit offer. You must be a member in order to claim a HUGGIES PULL-UPS® Toilet Training Starter Kit.
