Terms and Conditions
HUGGIES® SUB Active Wear Promotion
1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the HUGGIES® SUB Active Wear Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotion commences 12:00 midnight NZST on 23 August 2010 and entries close at 23:59 NZDT on 28 February 2011 (Promotion Period).
3. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents who are valid members of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies, suppliers or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
4. For a chance to win, eligible entrants must:
- go online to www.huggies.co.nz (Huggies Website);
- if you are not a member of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club, register to become a member of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club and log on to the Huggies Website;
- if you are already a member, log on to the Huggies Website;
- follow the Promotions links to the Promotion;
- complete the on-line entry mechanic (with all information entered correctly) and answer the Promotion question in 25 words or less, “Why would you love to win $200 worth of SUB active wear?” (Promotion Question); and;
- press ‘enter promotion’ to submit your entry and enter the Promotion.
- By entering this promotion members consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with paragraph 19 of these Conditions of Entry (Entry)
5. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
6. Only one entry per person per week will be accepted. All entries must be the sole work of the entrant.
7. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by a panel appointed by the Promoter. All valid entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion Question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the Promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your response to the Promotion Question (without attribution) on any publications and products the Promoter may choose and the editing of the response to the Promotion Question prior to publication without consultation.
8. A panel of judges will choose the best valid entry from all valid entries received during the applicable draw period as below:
*Draw 1 – Entries received 23rd August to 30th September 2010 will be judged on 6th October 2010
*Draw 2 – Entries received 1st October to 31st October 2010 will be judged on 3rd November 2010
*Draw 3 – Entries received 1st November to 30th November 2010 will be judged on 1st December 2010
*Draw 4 – Entries received 1st December to 31st December 2010 will be judged on 12th January 2011
*Draw 5 – Entries received 1st January to 31st January 2011 will be judged on 2nd February 2011
*Draw 6 – Entries received 1st February to 28th February 2011 will be judged on 2nd March 2011
9. The best valid entry in each draw will each receive a special promotional code enabling them to redeem RRP NZ$200 worth of SUB clothing of their choice from the online SUB Store www.sarahulmerbrand.com/store. Total prize value is up to a maximum of NZ$1200. Limit of one prize per person. To redeem their prize, winners must visit www.sarahulmerbrand.com/store, select their choice of goods to the value of $200 and enter the special promotional code that will be provided to them when they receive notification they are a winner. No credit will be given if the full $200 is not spent in the same session. Prizes must be redeemed by each winner within 3 months of receiving notification they have won.
10. The value of the prize is accurate and based upon the recommended retail price(s) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize (including any unused portion) cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value (including where the prize is unavailable).
11. The winners will be notified in writing by email, and the winners names will be published on the Huggies Website.
12. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, or who submit an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
14. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
15. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these Conditions of Entry.
16. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
17. The Promoter will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
18. The Promoter may conduct such further draws as are necessary on 1st June 2011 for any unclaimed prize. Details of the winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be published on www.huggies.co.nz.
19. By entering the Promotion the entrant consents to the Promoter’s privacy policy available at www.huggies.co.nz/privacy. The Promoter collects the entrant’s personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion, notifying and announcing the winner(s) and of marketing the Promoter’s products and services, including by direct marketing techniques. The Promoter may disclose the entrant’s personal information to third parties including those involved in the administration of the Promotion, notifying and announcing the winners, the supply of prizes, the relevant gaming authorities, marketing companies, database collators and website servers. If the entrant does not provide the required personal information to the Promoter, the entrant cannot enter the Promotion. The entrant may access and correct the personal information about the entrant held by the Promoter by writing to the Promoter at the address below. By entering this Promotion the entrant consents to:
- the collection, use and disclosure of his or her personal information as set out in this paragraph 19;
