Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Huggies® a Philips AVENT Electronic Steam Steriliser (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotion commences at 0:00:00 NZST on 19th July 2010. Entries close at 23:59:59 NZDT on 31st December 2010.
3. For a chance to win, entrants must:
a. Visit www.huggies.co.nz;
b. Click on the “promotion” link;
c. If you are not a member of the Huggies Baby Club or the Mum to Be Club, join on-line by following the prompts;
d. Complete the on-line entry mechanic (with all information entered correctly);
e. Tell us in 25 words or less the answer to our Promotional Question – “Why would you love to win Phillips AVENT Electronic Steam Steriliser?” and submit your answer by clicking on the submit entry button.
f. Consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with paragraph 21 of these Conditions of Entry (Entry).
4. Consumers are eligible to enter once per week for the duration of the promotion.
5. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
6. All valid entries received prior to the close of each draw during the Promotion will be individually judged by Promotion judge(s) appointed by the Promoter to be held at Kimberly-Clark Australia, 52 Alfred St Milsons Point 2061 on:
Draw 1 – Open from 0:00:00 NZST 19th July to 23:59:59 NZST 31st August, draw date 1st September 2010
Draw 2 – Open from 0:00:00 NZST 1st September to 23:59:59 NZST 30th September draw date 6th October 2010
Draw 3 – Open from 0:00:00 NZST 1st October to 23:59:59 NZDT 31st October, draw date 3rd November 2010
Draw 4 – Open from 0:00:00 NZDT 1st November to 23:59:59 NZDT 30th November, draw date 1st December 2010
Draw 5 – Open from 0:00:00 NZDT 1st December to 23:59:59 NZDT 31st December, draw date 12th January 2011
7. There will be 1 winner of the promotion each month for 5 months.
8. Each winner will receive 1 Philips AVENT Electronic Steam Steriliser (RRP AU $174.95) plus 1 Silly Billyz Large Cuddly Fleece Bib & 1 Snuggly Towel biblet (RRP AU $15.90)
9. Each prize is valued at AU$190.85. Total prize value is up to a maximum of AU$954.25.
10. All entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your answer to the Promotion question (without attribution) on the Huggies Website and the editing of the answer prior to publication without consultation.
11. The value of the prize is accurate at the date of commencement of the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
12. The winners will be advised via email and winner’s names will be published on the Huggies website.
13. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at Kimberly-Clark Australia, 52 Alfred St Milsons Point 2061 as are necessary on 6th April 2011 for any unclaimed prize. Details of the winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be published on www.huggies.co.nz.
14. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
15. The promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process.
16. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
17. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, the promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the promotion including the prizes and these conditions of entry.
18. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
19. The promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
20. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter.
21. By entering the Promotion the entrant consents to the Promoter’s privacy policy available at http://huggies.co.nz/privacy.asp. The Promoter collects the entrant’s personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion, notifying and announcing the winner(s) and of marketing the promoter’s products and services, including by direct marketing techniques. The Promoter may disclose the entrant’s personal information to third parties including those involved in the administration of the Promotion, notifying and announcing the winners, the supply of prizes, the relevant gaming authorities, marketing companies, database collators and website servers. If the entrant does not provide the required personal information to the promoter, the entrant cannot enter the promotion. The entrant may access and correct the personal information about the entrant held by the promoter by writing to the Promoter at the address below. By entering this Promotion the entrant consents to the collection, use and disclosure of his or her personal information as set out in this paragraph 21 and receiving from the promoter future communications by email including newsletters, special offers and Promotions from Huggies® unless otherwise advised by the entrant.
