HUGGIES® Natio Calmness Pack Promotion

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry.  Entry into the HUGGIES® Natio Calmness Pack Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotion commences 10:00:00 NZST on 4th June 2010 and entries close at 23:59:59 NZDT on 28th February 2011 (Promotion Period).
3. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents who are valid members of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club.  Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies, suppliers or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
4. For a chance to win, eligible entrants must:
   
   
   
   
   1. go online to www.huggies.co.nz (Huggies Website);
   2. follow the Special Offers links to the Promotion;
   3. if you are not a member of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club, register to become a member of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club and log on to the Huggies Website;
   4. if you are already a member, sign in to the Huggies Website;
   5. complete the on-line entry mechanic (with all information entered correctly); and;
   6. press ‘enter promotion’ to submit your entry and enter the Promotion.
   7. By entering this promotion members consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with paragraph 20 of these Conditions of Entry (Entry)
5. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter.  Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.  
6. Only one entry per person per week will be accepted.  All entries must be the sole work of the entrant.
7. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by a panel appointed by the Promoter. All valid entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion Question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality.  This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the Promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your response to the Promotion Question (without attribution) on any publications and products the Promoter may choose and the editing of the response to the Promotion Question prior to publication without consultation.
8. Promotion draws will be held at 52 Alfred Street, Milsons Point, NSW 2061, the panel of judges will choose the best 5 valid entries from all valid entries received during the Draw Period.

   • Draw 6 – 1 December 2010 (for all entries received during November)
   • Draw 7 – 12 January 2011 (for all entries received during December)
   • Draw 8 – 2 February 2011 (for all entries received during January)
   • Draw 9 – 2 March 2011 (for all entries received during February)
9. The best 5 valid entries will each receive a Natio Calmness Pack, valued at RRP AU$29.95. Total prize value is up to a maximum of AU$1347.75.
10. The Natio Calmness Pack includes:

11. The value of the prize is accurate and based upon the recommended retail price(s) at the date of printing.  The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date.  The prize (including any unused portion) cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.  The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value (including where the prize is unavailable).
12. The winners will be notified in writing by email, and the winners names will be published on the Huggies Website.
13. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.  The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. 
    
14. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, or who submit an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
15. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
16. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these Conditions of Entry.
17. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
18. The Promoter will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
19. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at Kimberly-Clark Australia, 52 Alfred St Milsons Point 2061 as are necessary on 1st June 2011 for any unclaimed prize. Details of the winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be published on www.huggies.co.nz.
20. By entering the Promotion the entrant consents to the Promoter’s privacy policy available at http://huggies.co.nz/privacy. The Promoter collects the entrant’s personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion, notifying and announcing the winner(s) and of marketing the Promoter’s products and services, including by direct marketing techniques. The Promoter may disclose the entrant’s personal information to third parties including those involved in the administration of the Promotion, notifying and announcing the winners, the supply of prizes, the relevant gaming authorities, marketing companies, database collators and website servers. If the entrant does not provide the required personal information to the Promoter, the entrant cannot enter the Promotion. The entrant may access and correct the personal information about the entrant held by the Promoter by writing to the Promoter at the address below. By entering this Promotion the entrant consents to:
    
    
    
    
    1. the collection, use and disclosure of his or her personal information as set out in this paragraph 20;
    2. receiving from the Promoter telemarketing calls for an indefinite period of time, not withstanding any listing of the entrant’s telephone number on the Do Not Call Register; and
    3. receiving from the Promoter commercial electronic messages, including SMS and email messages, for an indefinite period of time.
