Conditions of Offer

1. Information on how to claim the Huggies® Nappies Play Mat forms part of these Conditions of Offer. A claim under this Huggies® Nappies Play Mat offer (Offer) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Offer.
2. Offer commences 02 February 2009. Offer closes last mail received 31 December 2010, or whenever stocks run out, whichever is first. Entries are deemed to have been received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
3. Offer is only open to New Zealand residents who are members of the Mum To Be Club or the Huggies Baby Club. By entering this competition members agree to receive Huggies® monthly newsletter including news, special offers and promotions from Huggies® Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies or companies associated with this offer, are ineligible to claim.
4. Valid claims must contain (1) Five original barcodes from any Huggies® Nappies Newborn or Infant size packs (2) One original barcode from a Huggies® Change Mats Pack (Note: Change Pack Sample pack (ie one mat pack) barcodes are not valid for this promotion – only retail packs (4 mats per pack ) will be accepted). (3) One original barcode from a Huggies® Fragrance Free Newborn and Sensitive 144 Baby Wipes Refill pack OR a Huggies® Baby Wipes 80s Fragrance Free Tub. (4) a completed official claim form (including completed credit card details OR a cheque payable to “Huggies® Nappies Play Mat Offer” or money order for $7.00 postage and handling). Cash will not be accepted. Each barcode must be an original.
5. Barcodes from Huggies® Pull-Ups®, Huggies® Dry Nites®, Huggies® Little Swimmers®, Nappy Pants® or other size nappy packs (other than Huggies® Newborn or Infant size) will not be accepted.
6. Claims must be sent in a stamped envelope to: Huggies® Nappies Play Mat Offer, PO Box 56 612, Dominion Rd, Auckland 1446.
7. A maximum of 1 claim per household will be accepted.
8. The Huggies® Play Mat comprises a play mat, 85cm square in size, valued at $59.95 (RRP).
9. The Huggies® Play Mat cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. The value of the Huggies® Play Mat is accurate at time of printing, and no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the Huggies® Play Mat after that date.
10. Claimants should allow at least 3 weeks for delivery.
11. Any claim made with stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered barcodes or claim forms will be deemed void. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of claims and barcodes, and to disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process.
12. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected claims.
13. In the event that a claim is received after the closing date of the Offer or after all stock of the Huggies® Nappies Play Mat has been exhausted, the original claim form, cheque or money order and barcodes will be returned to the claimant by mail. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any money orders not able to be cashed, and recommends that all claimants retain any and all applicable money order stubs.
14. The Promoter may dispose of any Huggies® Nappies Play Mats remaining at the close of the Offer in any manner it determines.
15. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving, taking or using the Huggies® Nappies Play Mats except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
16. Any tax liability arising as a result of receiving the Huggies® Nappies Play Mat is the responsibility of the claimant.
17. If, for any reason, this Offer is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Offer including the Huggies® Nappies Play Mat and these Conditions of Offer.
18. If any act or omission event or circumstance occurs beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which prevents the Promoter from complying with these conditions of offer, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Offer
19. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use personal information for future marketing purposes, unless otherwise advised by the claimant. The Promoter may provide personal information relating to claimants to organisations that assist the Promoter with promotional, marketing and publicity activities. A claimant may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter, upon request to the Promoter.

A. You will need a completed claim form which can be downloaded from the main promotion page on the Huggies site. This needs to be sent in with 5 original barcodes from Huggies Nappies Newborn or Infant size packs and 1 original barcode from a Huggies Change Mats Pack and 1 barcode from either a Huggies® Fragrance Free Newborn & Sensitive 144 Baby Wipes Refill pack, Huggies® Extra Sensitive 144 Baby Wipes Refill pack OR a Huggies® Baby Wipes 80s Fragrance Free Tub. You will also need to include payment of $7.00 (inc P&H and GST) – credit cards and cheques are accepted. Cash will not be accepted. Q.Can I use barcodes from Huggies Pull-Ups® Dry Nites® or Little Swimmers?
A. No. Only barcodes from Huggies® Fragrance Free Newborn & Sensitive 144 Baby Wipes Refill pack, Huggies® Extra Sensitive 144 Baby Wipes Refill pack, Huggies® Baby Wipes 80s Fragrance Free Tub, Huggies Change Mats, Huggies Nappies Newborn or Infant size packs are accepted for this promotion. Q. Can I use barcodes from Huggies Nappies boxes?
A. Yes. The Newborn 108 and 100 Huggies Nappies boxes contain two barcodes, which are regarded as TWO (2) separate barcodes for this offer.

Q. Can I use the barcode from the free “Huggies Change Mat sample pack” that contains one mat?
A. No, only the Change Mats packs purchased in a supermarket or at online retailers can be used (ie these packs contain 4 change mats in one pack).

Q. How many Play Mats can I claim?
A. A maximum of 1 claim per household will be accepted.

Q. How big is the Play Mat
A. The Play Mat is 85cm x 85cm.

Q. My Huggies Play Mat hasn’t arrived. What’s happening with my claim?
A. As per the Conditions of Offer, Play Mats will be available for delivery from the 1st February 2009. Please allow 3 weeks for processing and delivery from the date of redemption. If your Mat has not arrived within that timeframe please call 0800 733 703 and we will look up your claim.

Q. My claim was returned with an invalid letter. What should I do next?
A. Claims are returned for several reasons – the letter you received will tell you why. If there are enough Play Mats remaining, you will be invited to resubmit your claim once the problem specified in the letter has been rectified. Where there are a limited number of Mats remaining at the time an invalid claim is received, claimants will not be asked to resubmit their claim, as it is likely all Play Mats will have been claimed by the time the resubmitted claim is received.
