i am looking for an exercise which i can do in 32 weeks?

If so, it all depends on how you are feeling physically and if you have any particular medical conditions to do with your pregnancy. Generally speaking 32 weeks you are in the last trimester and if you haven’t been doing much exercise in your pregnancy so far then it’s not a good idea to start up now, although having said that gentle stretches are always good and of course pelvic (or Kegels contractions) but nothing strenuous or new.
