l wiped myself there was a bit of greenish yellow mucus

hi, lm 31 weeks n this is my 3rd pregnancy,last one was twins and l`ve just gone to the toilet and when l wiped myself there was a bit of greenish yellow mucus. what dose this mean.

You may have an infection, such as thrush. You need to visit your GP for a check up or if you have had thrush before you need to visit your pharmacy for treatment.
