I`ve been feeling dizzy and having spots in front of my eyes

i am amother of three aged 2-4-6 and am 18weeks pregnant at my last hospital visit my blood pressure was low. i ussually have normal blood pressure. it was 90/60 since this apptment i have been extreamly tired (not getting much sleep due to 2-4 year old not sleeping well) occasionally feeling dizzy and having spots in front of my eyes. I have no energy and am grumpy. do u have any hints to make me feel better.

Hi,
You need to also check your iron levels as low levels can make you feel tired and dizzy. You also need to try to drink plenty of water each day and to also try to have a short rest at some time during the day – maybe your partner might be able to bath the small children in the evening so that you can have a rest or you can try to get them to have a rest during the day.
