My son is 22months old and has been sucking his thumb more excessively than before.I am going through a seperation with his father and wonder whether it is anxiety related.I have not really noticed any of his back molars coming through but he is dribbling a little more than usual.What do you think?Should I encourage him to stop or just ignore the behaviour?
