I`m worried about how my scar will affect my chances of things going smoothly

Hi, Im 21 yrs old and am currently 21 weeks pregnant with my second son. I had a cesar with my first son Jacob and i am worried about how labour will go with this baby considering i want a natural birth this time but am worried about how my scar will affect my chances of things going smoothly.
Are there any exercises or anything i can do which will help me have a natural birth?

You need to look after yourself during the pregnancy and eat well and exercise regularly. You have a good chance of having a natural birth this time which is better for you and your baby.
