Just wondering if there are any early pregnancy signs of having twins?

Just wondering if there is any early pregnancy signs of twins??? People have been telling me because im already very sick and have no energy at all and that i already feel very bloated that i am having twins... my bf (the father) has twins in his family just wondering if that gives me more of a chance of having twins aswell???

Answer: Hi Ash,
Twins are normally carried on the female side of the family. Twin pregnancies can sometimes be indicated by an overwhelming tiredness, more severe morning sickness and showing earlier than expected. If your Health Care Provider is concerned they will order a scan that can diagnose it for sure.
