Hello Alex,
My daughter(8 and a half months) is having usually 3 solid meals a day, I offer her breast milk when she is thirsty as well as when she wakes in the morning and before she goes to bed. Within the last couple of days I have given her a bottle with a little boiled water. Should she be having breast instead when thirsty or will it spoil her appetite.
