Will my baby stop moving when it`s ready to come out?

im 19yrs old and im 40wks pregnant will my baby stop moving when its ready to come out or will he only stop moving when i start having contractions

Answer: Hi,
Thank you for your enquiry. Your baby will not stop moving but the movements may quieten a little before labour starts. You will still notice movements during labour.
