Sangenic Nappy Bin Help please

Ok, this is such a minor question but it's bugging me! We bought a Sangenic nappy disposal bin and it's good (expensive but good) but I CAN'T figure out how to find the beginning of the roll when I put a refil cartridge in! Can someone point out the (probably obvious) solution? I end up pulling out half the liner and still can't find the start of it!!

Hi,
I know how you feel it took myself a while to work it out. There is no actual end. You just pull out a little of the plastic liner and tie it off and then hook it up underneath the lid. We also have just noticed that there are scissors underneath the lid as well to cut the plastic when emptying. I hope this helps.

yeah it is a pain in the butt! i pull out a little bit and if it doesn't look like an end just go round pulling a bit out again, and keep going until i find it! it generally only takes a couple of goes - you get the hang of it!
