Why do naps make you feel worse??

Posted 10 October 2009 - 02:06 AM

Or is that just me?
I had a little bit of shut eye just then - not a very deep sleep coz DH had a Metallica DVD blaring in the other room and there was a baby magpie outside my window carrying on for some tucker.

I was probably in bed for about an hour all up dozing on and off and now I feel really gross - feel really sick and am so freezing!

Do little kids wake up feeling like this do you reckon?

Oh dear - lunch looks like it's clawing its way back up! lol

Hiya!

Ensure you don't go over 20-30minutes when you take a nap because otherwise you go from REM sleep to a deep sleep and you wake up feeling worse. Naps should only be a 'cat-nap' and not a full-time sleep. Enjoy trying that out, works every time for me now that I don't sleep for over an hour.
