It is a fisher price toy. There are a few varieties. They are cars that when you press the number plate a shark/tiger/other animals head pops up and transforms the car into an animal.

My son has one and his brothers are desperate for another. It was bought tho about 3 years ago and now i cant find them anywhere!!!I think i originally got it from target but now they dont know what im talking about. I tried to search on ebay but there are 1000s of fisher price cars there!!!
