For some wacky reason i have ended up with lots of lemons....Im thinking,well....I'll do fish for tea one nite, that will use some up...then what? I love lemon merang pie...anyone have a good reciepe...? What else can I do with them all???

Lemon cordial, lemon butter/curd, lemon syrup cake, lemon curd pudding, lemon sago/tapioca, preserved lemons, or just freeze the juice.

freezing the juice is actually a really good idea.... we never seem to have any in the house if i dio fish and chips....thanks!

I squeeze the lemons and then pour the juice into ice cube trays, once set i pop them in snap lock bags. This is so handy when cooking!!
